ANNUAL REUNION LUNCHEON 2017

"We are pleased to invite all past students and teachers alike to this year's Annual Reunion Luncheon, held on Saturday 16th September 2017.

This year Dr Andrew Webber will be giving a talk. Dr Webber has taught at the school for many years and is a published author. The talk promises to be one to remember!

The school will be open from 11.00am for anyone who wishes ro have a memory-jogging wander before lunch. Welcome drinks will be served from 12.30pm in the 'Lime Lounge' which is on the top floor of the Stella Shaw Building: a lift is availale for those who find stairs difficult. The Luncheon will also be served in the 'Lime Lounge' which has a fantastic view over the valley. Please aim to be seated by 1.00pm. We will, however, move down to the School Hall for after-lunch talks and a brief EGM of the Association.

Blank seating plans will be available to sign from 12.15pm. Tables seat 6-8 people, so it would be much appreciated if large groups could designate someone to "sign up" for the group or all sign up promptly as it is not always possible to seat large groups together if they arrive late. Letting us know in advance about your large party is helpful when organising the table layouts and trying to sort archive materials for display purposes.

This year we will again be holding a raffle with a range of prizes available - so please bring some change with you - tickets will be £1 a strip. Proceeds from the raffle, your kind donations and the surplus from the lunch are mostly donated to the school. Last year, we donated £750 which will be used to fund extra-curricular activities such as the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.

Please share this invite to all past students or teachers who may be unaware of the Association, we want to get the highest attended Luncheon yet!

Members of the Chatham Grammar Association tickets £24 pp
Non-Members or Guests tickets £26 pp
