Description

InterGills football club was formed in 1997 and now has three mens adult teams playing in the Medway Messenger Sunday Football League in the Senior Section, Division One & Division Four. We are a well run club and are always open to new members joining, whether it is as a player, volunteer or a position on the committee. Contact club secretary Mark Costen on the details above for more information.

Initially the club was formed by Gillingham supporters to play against supporters of other clubs, usually on the morning of a football league game Gillingham FC were playing. This happened as part of the Internet Football Association league, the club also regularly attended the end of season Worldnet tournament run by the IFA where 64 teams from the UK and abroad compete over a weekend in July. The club's best finish in the tournament was reaching the semi-finals in 2010 where we lost to a golden goal against RC Lens of France.

The club played a couple of seasons in the London Kent Border League before returning to Medway in 2005 and entered one team into the Medway Messenger Sunday Football League season 2005/2006. Since then a reserve side and third side have been established.
